A dry Brut with notes of peach, green apple and acacia blossom.

- Vinification: Gentle white-wine vinification; second fermentation with selected indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature using the Charmat-Martinotti method.

Alcoholic beverages are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. Identification is checked on collection.
