These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop ladurner1970.com between WTGroup KG and its customers.
The offer is directed at both entrepreneurs and consumers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to submit an inquiry or order.
A contract is only concluded through an explicit confirmation by WTGroup KG.

3. Prices

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, in Euros and exclude the currently applicable statutory value-added tax.
Individual services, especially finishing, are offered separately.

4. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the respective product and the scope of individual services and will be communicated in the order confirmation.

5. Individual Services / Finishing

For custom-made or finished products, technical deviations in color, size, or design may occur and do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary in the industry.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
For custom-made products, a right of withdrawal is excluded if they were manufactured according to customer specifications.

7. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions.
WTGroup KG is liable for slight negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Italian Republic applies.
To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Bolzano (Italy).
